There are eight apartments available in Stralehnergasse. All apartments are comfortably furnished with kitchen, bathroom and separate WC.

Regarding the design and renovation of the apartments, we have stayed faithful to the Feng Shui Principle and paid great attention to the 8 life situations, to the energetic flow, and to the Feng Shui colour schemes.

The doors have been manaufactured according to Feng Shui measurements.
During the renovation, we ensured that mainly natural building materials were used.

The main and living rooms have parquet floors, the wet rooms are tiled and partly equipped with underfloor heating.

Each apartment has an individual special feature, e. g.: a fire place, a whirlpool, air conditioning or wall drawings.

The garden has been energetically designed. It includes a fountain and several lounging places.

We offer three apartments and a garage for rent in the apartment building "Gemeindeaugasse" in the 22nd district of Vienna. All apartments are nicely furnished with kitchen, bathroom and toilet.

During construction all the possible Feng Shui principles and paid great attention to the 8 life situationsand to the energetic flow.

The garden was newly created and designed family friendly. 

The house in Traunkirchen offers comfort and coziness. This delightful house is located in the municipality of Traunkirchen overlooking the Traunsee and the Traunstein in Upper Austria.

Only three minutes walk away the house Traunkirchen has its own lake access. The house was built in solid brick construction and offers living spaces in the basement, ground floor and attic. There is also a sauna.
